Return and Refund Policy

CANADA

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, marks and odours, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@emmaandan.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We will send you return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order qualified for free shipping, our original shipping cost of $15 CAD will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Items returned worn, washed, damaged or without tags will not be refunded and can be returned to you at your expense.

UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONAL

Due to shipping costs and customs procedures, we do not accept returns for change of mind on international orders. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

We will provide a full refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email hello@emmaandan.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your item following the process above and place a new order.

FINAL SALE

Hair accessories and headbands cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged or defective. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Email hello@emmaandan.com as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, our return policy applies.
